  • About Tri-State Artisans

    Officially opened in June 2011, Tri-State Artisans is proud to be displaying the work of many talented artists from around the USA. From beautifully carved Gourds, to Oil Paintings, hand-made Jewelry, Sculpture work and much more, we are able to give you a very unique, one of a kind shopping experience. Whether you are looking for that perfect gift or piece of fine home décor, you are sure to find exactly what you need here, at Tri-State Artisans.

     

    Tri-State Artisans was inspired by a dream to give local artists the chance to display their work in a unique environment at a very affordable rate (given the state of the current economy) and spotlight their talent in the local community. Located at 125 E. George St. our gallery has received much attention and we are expanding rapidly. Due to the amount of space we have and the number of mediums we are looking to host, we are now accepting applications from artists further afield, across the entire US. We are constantly looking to bring in new artists with great talent, with skill sets varying from our already established offerings. We do not bring in direct competition for our current signed artists, yet we do accept applicants if their work is of the same variety yet differently styled. Tri-State Artisans has multiple opportunities for growth. In the near future, as we continue to expand, the gallery plans to expand into the the Batesville Arts Center. Join us now and grow with us as we continue to make our dream a reality…

    Relay For Life Silent Art Auction - May 31st

    Thank you to all who joined us, we raised over $400 through the art auction for Relay for Life!! Next year will be even better. If you would like to help with this event next year please contact the gallery!

     

     

    COMMUNITY ART SHOW - RAA June 19 and 20

    Tri-State Artisans Artists will be participating in this show, as well as hosting an Artist demo event on the sidewalk down George St. We have David Lee Pancake - Sculpture, Annette Geil- Mixed Media Artist,
    Tim Bedel - Carving, Jaime Mustaine - Freestyle Painting, Sue Connelly - Jewelry Making,
    Dina Cain - Slate Painter, Heather Paul - Printmaking and more. This will take place from 5-9 on the 19th. Join us for this fun creative event and watch artists performing their skills.

    FREE ART FRIDAYS

    We are proud to be participating in Free Art Fridays Southeastern Indiana. The first friday of every month visit the Free Art Friday Southeastern Indiana facebook page, where you will find clues to where Free ART has been hidden around in the different communities. This is a fun project to get our communities involved in art.

    Session Fee: $94 / 4 weeks or $25 weekly fee

    This is an exciting, intuitive, hands-on class for anyone, at any level of painting experience, who wants to have fun while learning how easy it is to produce impressive paintings
